Please note: I do not post testimonials without a name and e-mail address. Such testimonials have no credibility — I could be just making them up, right? So if you’re not willing to have your name and e-mail address disclosed, you may still send your comments, but I will not post them.
Second, please recognize that there are many valid reasons why Suvaril will or will not work for an individual person. Just because Suvaril receives a few positive reviews does not necessarily mean it will work for you. Conversely, a negative product review does not always mean you should dismiss a it.
As always, remember that personal comments are always anecdotal, so use your own judgement when using reviews to influence your buying decision.
I should know better. I know I should… but I fell for the try it for $4.99 tag. The product did nothing and sure enough without my consent I was put onto a monthly recurring delivery.
When the second shipment arrived I called to see what was up. They agreed to cancel my “membership” (when did I agree to that I wonder?) but they refused to accept the return or to rebate me the $70 ($70?!!!) for the unwanted month’s supply they sent me.
I would never deal with the company again and wanted to warn others about this disreputable and dishonorable company and its nonfunctioning product.

I have to say that I am not too happy with the product or the company.
First thing, the pills I received aren’t white or round, they are green, long and oval. Secondly, I have tried and TRIED to contact them but NO ONE picks up the phone. You can only cancel your subscription online and that take FOREVER.
I tried calling them SO many times so I could cancel BEFORE they charged my account $70, but was too late. I was hoping to do it over the phone and actually TALK to someone because I found it weird that the pills and package did not look the same as on TV. So I finally canceled online. I just hope they don’t charge me again!

I have placed an order for the 30 day free trial on 7/8/04 via online. My credit card was charged $4.50 for the shipping and handling. But, I didn’t receive the package until 7/15. Their disclaimer mentioned about, if not happy with product, to cancel it 5 days to shipment date or I automatically be sent 60 days supply and I will be charge $70.
The box was postmarked 7/12. On 8/7, I canceled because it gave me stomach upset. Today, I received my 60 day supply and my account was charged $70 on 8/12 despite the timely cancellation.
At first the customer representative refused to issue a credit, and said that I failed to notify them timely, and that there’s nothing they can do about it. She told me information recorded on their computer, but when asked, refused to fax me any documentation. Further, she claimed that the shipment date was 8/5. I told her that the box was postmarked 8/12.
She then offered a $35 refund, I told her go ahead, however, I stated that I will pursue all my refund through the Better Business Bureau. She then passed me to her supervisor. Supervisor offered $35 refund, and a 90 day supply of any of their other products. I said, “No” and said I will pursue refund through BBB. He then said I should be seeing the full refund in the next billing cycle.
