I am sort of going for a holistic approach to my weight loss and on your "supplements for blood sugar imbalances" suggests antioxidants and things that I don't have to spend a gazillion dollars on, rather I can go to a whole foods store and find them myself.

I find it very upsetting at the amount of sites that are paid by these companies to promote the products they have with fake reviews. Im just so very thankful for the useful information from actual real users of these products that are normal people just like me.

I will never buy another product without stopping here first and thank you for being one of the only sites I have come across to truly rate products for what they are and not what you get paid to say!

I came across your website while trying to find valid research on Hydroxycut. I was impressed reading all related articles & embedded links in detail. Especially your articles regarding Ephedrine.

My wife is trying to lose weight, she exercises quite regularly (2-3 times a week) & tries to maintain a health diet, but needs a little more help to make any significant progress. Her mother has Type II Diabetes & needs to reduce her risks of getting diabetes as well. Pointing out the potential risks of ephedrine & consulting a doctor, which everyone should do, impressed me a lot!

Mentioning Xenadrine EFX as an alternative to ephedrine based products was very helpful & informative. It was really great & supportive to see consideration for Canadian residents as well!

I wish I would have read your skeptical review before I decided to buy Ephedrasil!

I was looking really, for a good appetite suppressant and Ephedrasil doesn't seem to do that, for sure. I haven't been using it for long but so far, no weight change at all! Didn't know what to try and looks like I may be back at square one again! Just wanted to drop a few pounds, shoot!
