“Well’s Vegetarian Thanksgiving”
Ok, I’m not planning a vegetarian Thanksgiving… but I still found this array of veggie dishes in the New York Times appealing! Although my holiday menu is pretty much set, there are some recipes there that I’m keen to try – like the curried chickpea salad, coconut butternut squash soup, risotto with pumpkin, ginger and sage, seven-vegetable couscous and the stir-fried balasmic-vinegar carrots.
Suffice it to say, dishes like these are a far cry from the usual salad or steamed-veggie(s)-on-the-side-of-the-plate. If you hate vegetables, or are indifferent to them, these sorts of recipes could help you change your mind. Check ’em out.

Wow, looks like some good eating there! I’m going to have to give some of those a try. Thanks.
