Stephen Colbert: 1; Nabisco: 0
Is it possible that the suits at Nabisco/Kraft failed to realize what would happen when they sent Colbert that memo?
If this article in Adweek is anything to go on, the folks at Kraft appear to be rolling with the punches – at least publicly. But methinks the audience wasn’t laughing with Kraft, but at it. While the Wheat Thins brand may not suffer, Colbert did a masterful job of lampooning the idiotic marketing. That’s got to sting a little.

What a hoot! As I’ve said before, Colbert does a great job on most topics.
I’m sure the people at Nabisco/Kraft wrote the memo with good intent. After hearing some of it done by Colbert, it just sounds kind of dumb.
