Shameless Plug
As I’ve written here before, I moderate the forums associated with Will Brink’s two e-books. I also do a lot of work behind the scenes, specifically, on the e-books themselves. I’m pleased to report that the long-awaited update to Bodybuilding Revealed will be released soon – all the final touches are finally in place. It’s really the nicest e-book of it’s kind that I’ve seen (hey, I said this was shameless…), and – combined with the knowledge base on the forum – probably the best deal there is out there.
Don’t be put off by the word “bodybuilding”…building muscle/strength is for everyone: male/female, young/old. As I noted in an earlier post:
But when you think about it: muscles are really no different than brains. I would not want to be weak, anymore than I would want to be stupid. Sure, not everyone can be equally smart – or strong. But we can all “study” and develop what we have – and be that much better for the experience.
BBR is a portal to a larger world of progressive fitness and strength. Take a look, and think about giving it a try.

Well stated and in good taste Elissa. As a BBR member myself I can vouch for the incredible value found within the Ebook and forums. What you say about the new update has me excited.
Btw is there any chance that BBR and FLR will one day merge into one since they seem to have so much overlap anyway?

For anyone out there who is even just curious, I would say check out the links Elissa posted for BBR. It’s pure and simple the best bang for the buck you will find anywhere with a view to improving your strength and vitality.
Sure the name includes “bodybuilding” which frightens some but remember that we are composed of bones, muscle, water some minerals and fat and all bodybuilding means is improving those things for the better the natural way.
So many benefits to other areas of life come from a strength training program in partnership with a good nutrition plan. Together they can improve quality of life and sense of well being in astounding ways.
BBR will be a most effective tool in changing body composition to the proper ratios of fat and muscle so that you will look and feel better than you ever did, so don’t be scared to check it out.

LOL – well you’ll have to ask Simon that one…he makes the business decisions. Personally, I’d like to see the whole thing broken up into a series of discrete manuals to cover nutrition/diet basics, supps, and training, separately…with freebie booklets being churned out with canned workouts, recipes, motivational stuff – and so on.
I like the idea of a merger, but where it hits a snag is in the marketing…Fat loss tends to attract a group of people that aren’t crazy about the idea of lifting weights, and might find the larger BBR “culture” to be a bit overwhelming.

The books for BBR and FLR are great. They are worthwhile to own. The thing that puts it over the top is what Elissa brings to it all. She kicks anal cavity all over the place and takes names. If you are out there and you are wanting to buy a book that will help with losing weight or put on muscle (very hard to do at the same time mind you) check them out. When you get the books (or either one) you get access to their respective forums, which is worth its weight in gold. She is very good at dissecting supplement worthiness and myths surrounding “bodybuilding.”
