FDA Issues Warning About Lipodissolve

The agency has posted both a consumer warning + the warning letters it sent to six medical spas offering the treatment.

It’s a controversial procedure, although it does have its proponents. Nonetheless, the lack of reliable clinical data is troubling. 

I can sympathize with folks who prefer a non-surgical method for fat reduction – there can be issues with liposuction.  I’d be inclined to skip both, however, in favor of more… conventional methods of losing body fat. 😉
