Kudos to Robert Wieder for compiling a totally comprehensive guide to calories burned during that age-old, favorite pastime… sex. Why not give the gym a break today?

I admit.. out of the few seconds I browsed the site I was actually looking for the one that generates the highest expenditure! lost patience and ended up closing the window haha. It seems that they went through a lot of test subjects for pin pointing expenditure!
