Rubus idaeus
The botanical name for raspberry. Raspberries are a source of antioxidant phytochemicals, including ellagitannins (esp. ellagic acid), anthocyanins and Vitamin C. Raspberries are also a source of raspberry ketone, a food additive and fat loss supplement ingredient.
