| Getting off on the Right Foot in 2004...
It All Starts With Picking the Right Diet!
Many of us are determined to start 2004 on the right foot,
by losing a few pounds, eating healthier and working out. While these are worthwhile goals, you won't attain them unless you have a plan -- a roadmap to success if you will. That's where a good diet plan comes in. It points you in the right direction so that the efforts you put forth will yield results, not greater frustration.
With that said, here are the top half-dozen or so popular diets on Ultimatefatburner.com. I've given you a brief breakdown on each one -- you'll need to visit the
Web site for the full review.
The Atkins Diet
The original low-carb diet. It's not perfect, but for many
people it works wonders. I've personally witnessed several
friends experience life-transforming changes on this diet.
And don't believe the mud slingers...
For most people, the Atkins diet is safe, and effective!

The Ultimate Fat Burning Diet Primer!
This is my own diet. It's a moderate low carb diet,
written primarily to address the main issues I experienced
with typical, contemporary diets...
i) they are too long
ii) they are boring and uninspiring
iii) they are humorless
The Ultimate Fat Burning Diet Primer! is all about empowering you with everything you need to lose weight fast, without boring you to death in the meantime! And of
course, because it's my own publication, I can offer you an extensive "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee!

The Zone Diet
Another "oldie but goodie", Barry Sears' Zone diet
is often referred to as the 40/30/30 diet for its
balance of macronutrients -- 40% carbs, 30% protein,
and 30% fats. Like the Atkins diet, there are both
positive and negative points to the Zone.

Maximum Weight Loss
Australian personal trainer Gary Matthews does a nice job of combining
a smart and simple diet plan with an introduction to basic weight
training. A good, solid, and relatively simple program!
