1) Short And Sweet Edition... Enjoy Your Summer!

It's been some time since I sent out a newsletter (things have been hopping at SiteSell.com and I've had NO spare time), and since I'm long overdue, so I figured it was time to put pen to digital ink, so to speak. However, it IS summer, and I know you don't want to spend more time than absolutely necessary in front of the computer, so today's issue will be short and sweet -- focusing mainly on some of the more recent updates to the site.

Come fall, I'll get back to a more regular publishing regimen. In the meantime, enjoy your summer, stay fit, and most importantly of all...

Stay safe!

All the best,

Paul

P.S. Look out for my contribution in an upcoming compilation of weight loss tips and techniques from all the Net's top diet and fitness gurus. I'll let you know when it's ready! :-)

2) Perhaps Aspartame isn't the Answer?

Many of us turn to diet drinks as a "healthy" alternative to highly sugared, mega-calorie soft drinks. The various chemicals used as alternatives to sugar are controversial to say the least. Aspartame, one of the most popular, has been at the very center of this controversy for some time. If you're a fan of aspartame-flavored drinks, you must read this article by Betty Martini, appearing on the Xtend-Life Web site. You are in for a bit of a shock...

1) New Fat Burners Reviewed: Hot Rox and Thermo Dynamx

Hot Rox is the mega-hyped new ephedra-free fat burner from Biotest. It's an interesting formula, to say the least.

Thermo Dynamx is supplement giant EAS' new offering to the world of ephedra-free fat burners. Considering the resources that EAS has at its disposal, I'm a little surprised that they couldn't come up with something more interesting than this...

2) Other Reviews: L-Tyrosine, Alpha Lipoic Acid

I'm really excited about alpha lipoic acid. As you know, I'm moderately hypoglycemic, and have been a big fan of chromium for some time. Now, however, I've switched chromium for alpha lipoic acid. Not only is alpha lipoic acid a powerful antioxidant, it is a powerful blood sugar moderator as well.

If you suffer from fatigue, cravings for sweets, or any of the symptoms associated with rapidly vacillating blood sugar levels, I highly recommend alpha lipoic acid...

L-tyrosine is an amino acid, and another supplement I've been experimenting with lately. It's another good one -- especially helpful for neurotransmitter support, and is found in the compilations of many popular fat burners. I've found it helpful for to stave off fatigue (both mental and physical), and when stacked with an ephedra based fat burner, helps alleviate the energy crash you sometimes experience when taking these products.

Another solid supplement...

3) New in Bodybuilding: Review of Pete Sisco's Train Smart

If you are into working weights, you'll find my review of Pete Sisco's Train Smart particularly interesting. If you're stuck in a rut, or just looking to break out of your regular routine, have a look at this program -- it's pretty amazing stuff.
